Service Description
In elemental astrology, fire is the spark of life. As we grow and experience the world, for so many of us, our fire–our life spark–gets put out (or we put it out ourselves). Fire coaching is about bringing that spark back into your life. Whether for personal or professional development, regardless of whether you're a stay-at-home mom wondering where you lost yourself or a Wall Street executive unfulfilled by the life you thought you wanted, my coaching program can help you reconnect with that innate fire inside us all. Fire coaching is available in 3, 6 or 12 month packages. Each package includes the following: An initial 90-minute diagnostic video conference with me during which we will assess the current state of your inner fire, your goals for the program, and the main concerns or challenges you wish to address. From this call, I will develop a unique program tailored to your specific needs. There's nothing evergreen about my coaching. This whole process is you and I working together, one-on-one. Over the course of our time together, we'll meet for biweekly video calls to assess your progress and address any blockages or concerns that are standing in your way of moving forward with your goals. You'll also enjoy unlimited email access to me throughout the program. Some of the tools I might use in working with you include: astrology and celestial timing techniques, neurolinguistic programming, therapeutic writing, art therapy, oracle and intuitive work, meditation, somatic experiencing, music therapy, collage, imagination and play therapy, crystal therapy, as well as good old one-on-one conversation. I will draw from my nursing experience in therapeutic communication and health and wellness; my teaching experience in the art and praxis of writing and speech communication for personal and professional development, and my astrology experience in working with planetary energies to co-create real-life results. I will also utilize my experience as a creative myself, as well as a trauma survivor who used these very same techniques to rebuild and reshape my own life with great success. Any books or additional resources needed for your specific program will be provided. There are no additional charges to you outside of the cost of the program.
